Maram Resort Mamalakandam

The hotel has a really beautiful setting surrounded by tropical forest and ample bird life. The room had a balcony where one could relax and enjoy the views over the tree tops. It also had an upper storey with bath and jacuzzi but we were unable to enjoy either of these due to temporary problems with hot water supply whilst we were there. However we were able to enjoy the great views from the upper storey. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The late afternoon jeep drive and the walk to the local waterfall are great activities to do whilst there.

Location is great and all rooms have the great view of hills. Every room has a terrace above with open Jacuzzi and balcony for sitting and enjoy the view. They provide short trekking in the morning. The staffs were the best, always there to help and support.

Breakfast not up to the mark. For the value we pay they need to provide more options.
